You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal and health-related information by contacting Cognitai’s Privacy Office at trust@cognitai.org

 

Where applicable, you may also withdraw consent for optional data collection, including wearable integrations, through your account settings or by contacting your clinician or Cognitai. Upon receiving a valid request, Cognitai will verify your identity and may coordinate with your healthcare provider where necessary, because your provider may be required by law or professional obligations to retain certain clinical records.

 

Where deletion is legally permitted, identifiable data will be permanently deleted or irreversibly de-identified. Some billing, security, compliance, or medical-record information may be retained for the period required by applicable law, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
